18 June 2021 We took a crash-course on the history of the Israel-Palestine relationship and some of the current inequities surrounding Covid-19 in the region. Additional videos and readings are included in the discussion document.

5 March 2021 We mixed it up this week and discussed racial and gender discrimination in our hobbies. Really emphasizing this was an exercise where we google image searched our hobby - here is the collage.

12 February 2021 We read and summarized quantitative papers on gender inequities in STEM - slides here - and used Kathleen Grogran's article to formulate our discussion.

29 January 2021 We watched Kimberle Crenshaw's video describing intersectionality and listened to the Open Science Podcast where they discussed the importance of intersectional role models in STEM.

11 December 2020 We practiced intervention and addressing untruths - special thanks to Dr. Amy Moors for sharing some slides with us. This presentation got us started - email for scenarios.
